You will need the following additional items from your office supply store.

1/3-cut File Folders

These folders come in boxes of 100-ea. for about $5.00 at your office supply store. Start with a box of 100. Ask for "1/3-cut" in "letter" size or "legal" size, your choice.

We recommend you use standard "manila" file folders (manila is the "tan" folder most commonly available).

Remember - you get full color-coding benefits from the FileSolutions labels.

1/3-cut File Folders

Each FileSolutions kit includes a set of pre-printed adhesive labels for use with the 1/3-cut file folder.

HANGING FILES

Go ahead and purchase inexpensive "1/3-cut" hanging files at your office supply store (we pay about $5.00 for 25 files).

Because our labels are 3-inches, YOU WILL ALSO NEED to purchase 1/3-cut "clear" plastic tabs (also called "3-inch" plastic tabs) for use with the hanging file. You'll get a pack of 25-plastic tabs for under $2.00. These tabs work with any hanging file.

HANGING FILES

Each FileSolutions kit includes a set of pre-printed labels for use with the hanging file.

All businesses use a "chart of accounts" to help track "income" & "expenses". We show you the information you need to track where you earned your revenue & where you spent money to operate. Very basic to the accounting function, these accounts will be used in conjunction with your accounting software on the computer (like Quicken® or QuickBooks®).

You may already have your own chart of accounts, but if you don't, you'll be able to set up these accounts immediately instead of paying a consultant or CPA to create them for you.
